Therapy

The process of self-discovery

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.

My Approach

I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space for you to explore what works for you and what doesn't. I believe that we can all foster agency in our lives with a strength-based approach to therapy.

I believe that therapy should be engaging and even enjoyable! I trust that with the right strategies/support, all people have the capacity to manage complex issues in their lives and it's my privilege to help them on their path to a more contented life.

I specialise in adults presenting with complex issues including ADHD, AuDHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTIQ+, gender/sexual identity, and general stresses of life, work and relationships.I utilise an Integrative, Strength-Based approach which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness/Meditation.

I am a truama-informed therapist and I offer a compassionate, judgement-free approach to therapy.
